Operation Christmas Child Helping Faith Russell

Help with the Operation Christmas Child project.

Griffin and Faith Russell are very passionate about serving with Operation Christmas Child. They have a God sized goal of packing 200,000 shoeboxes in 2016.  20,000 of those boxes will be packed here in Maryville.  The rest of the boxes will be packed with the help of Keller Williams agents across the US.  They are excited for this opportunity to be able to bless thousands of children around the world with shoebox gifts.  We are even more excited that those children will also get to hear about Jesus Christ.
Forest Hill Baptist Church will host the packing party.

The Russell Family will be using Forest Hill’s Fellowship Hall for several weekends. Come help Faith pack 20,000 Shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse. Here are the tentative Dates and Schedule for Samaritan’s Purse Shoebox Mission with the Russell Family:

The packing party will start at noon on Saturday, September 10th, and last about 4 hours.  We are expecting lots of people and various media at the event, so we are trying to figure out what size space this would even require.
Attached is the NBC Nightly News segment about the Russell family.  It will help explain their story more.
